A celebration, a treat and the perfect way to begin your evening.

Our New Year’s Eve set menu is priced at seventy pounds per person and includes a welcome sparkling wine cocktail. Expect a feast created for elegance and joy. Focaccia with cacio e pepe butter, mortadella gilda, devilled caviar egg, tuna crudo, truffle fettuccine, Iberico pork with cotechino and lentils, Meyer lemon sorbet with Saffron Grange sparkling wine and a chocolate mousse torta to finish.

We close the restaurant before midnight. It is a deliberate choice because we believe the bells are best brought in at a house party or the pub or indeed dancing in the Market Square with champagne in hand.

You will step out into the heart of Saffron Walden just in time for fireworks and the countdown. We may even join you.
